The SBCCOG is establishing a list of prequalified consultants to provide project management and technical support to its member jurisdictions for engineering, planning, and design services related to the implementation of the Local Travel Network (LTN). Member jurisdictions may engage consultants from this bench, at their discretion, to develop design solutions that implement key LTN elements and related roadway improvements that enhance safety along the network.
