The SBCCOG is seeking technical consulting proposals in support of a South Bay Mobility Hubs Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) 2.0 Study administered by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro). SBCCOG seeks a consultant to lead a comprehensive, multifaceted project that includes travel demand analysis, site selection, and conceptual site design. The consultant will provide recommendations and strategies for converting sites to mobility hubs and analysis on how mobility hubs can connect to nearby existing and planned housing. This will assist SBCCOG’s member cities in decreasing vehicle miles traveled and connecting the subregion with greater mobility options.
Procurement Schedule
SBCCOG intends to have the consultant under contract by the week of July 28, 2025, but this date may be postponed pursuant to execution of a final contract between the SBCCOG and selected firm. In support of the selection process, the following schedule of events has been prepared:
