The SBCCOG is seeking technical consulting proposals in support of a Commercial Redevelopment to Housing Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) 2.0 Project. SBCCOG seeks a consultant to lead a comprehensive, multifaceted project that includes fit and feasibility studies, provides recommendations and strategies for converting sites to housing in the participating cities, and creates an inventory of underutilized sites within the South Bay subregion for potential redevelopment to housing. This will assist SBCCOG’s member cities in increasing housing supply and meeting future RHNA requirements.
Procurement Schedule
SBCCOG intends to have the consultant under contract by Tuesday, May 27, 2025, but this date may be postponed pursuant to execution of a final contract between the SBCCOG and selected firm. In support of the selection process, the following schedule of events has been prepared:
