The SBCCOG’s 14th Annual General Assembly “At What Cost? The Unintended Consequences of Declining Revenues,” was held at the Juanita Millender-McDonald Community Center on February 22, 2013. This free event was attended by elected officials, city staff, city commissioners, community and business leaders, along with the general public, who heard discussions and issues of importance to the South Bay.
