The SBCCOG Homeless Services program has identified a need to support our member cities and Homeless Case Managers with a Housing Location Coordinator. The Housing Location Coordinator will function similarly to a traditional Housing Navigator, but without direct client interaction. Instead, the Coordinator will assist the SBCCOG sub-region’s case managers and city representatives in identifying housing opportunities and help provide SBCCOG resources such as Client Aid and Time Limited Subsidies.
