The SBCCOG is Requesting Proposals for SMART-Net Intercity Network

The deadline for proposal submittal is September 7, 2018, 5 PM.  Proposal attachments in email must be print-ready. All submissions will receive a confirmation email within one (1) business day. No proposals will be accepted by facsimile (fax).

 

Questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail to [email protected] by July 9, 2018. Formal responses to questions will be published as an additional attachment.

 

Proposals received after September 7, 2018 will not be considered.

Procurement Schedule as follows (all times Pacific):

June 13, 2018                                      RFP Released

June 28, 2018, 1:30 PM                       Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting

July 9, 2018, 5:00 PM                          Deadline for Questions from Potential Proposers

July 27, 2018, 5:00 PM                        Formal Responses to Questions to be Posted Online

August 6, 2018                                     Final Composite Responses

September 7, 2018, 5:00 PM               Proposals Due

THE SBCCOG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ALL PROPOSALS AND WILL SELECT THE MOST QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR AND NOT NECESSARILY THE LOWEST BIDDER. THE SBCCOG ALSO RETAINS THE RIGHT TO WAIVE IRREGULARITIES IN THE PROPOSAL.
