This virtual meeting is held pursuant to AB 361 (Chapter 165, Statutes of 2021) issued by Governor Gavin Newsom on September 16, 2021. Committee members may participate by teleconference/virtual meeting due to state and local officials recommending measures to promote social distancing. Members of the public may participate by teleconference/virtual meeting in order to restrict the imminent risk to the health and safety of attendees.

Revised contract attached
Silvernest has cut back their services and reduced their fee to us by $2520. They will still remain a valuable resource to Homeshare South Bay
ACTION: Recommend Board approval of the revised contract
C. Rancho Palos Verdes request for additional funding for homelessness plan from innovation funds
Letter attached
ACTION: Recommend Board approval of an additional $10,000 for Rancho Palos Verdes
from the SBCCOG innovation funds received from LA County for projects to address
homelessness. There are sufficient funds.
D. Dues and Assessment Status
Dues and Assessments are outstanding from the following members: Carson, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, City of Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, County of Los Angeles
The City of Rolling Hills voted to pay their full assessment of $2000
The City of Lawndale paid their dues but no assessment
