  • ACTION:  Approve contract extensions to December 31, 3017 at no additional cost for Pro Forma Advisors, LLC; Michael Manville, PhD; Adam Cohen; and Marlon Boarnet and notify the Board

 

C. Letter of commitment to SCE/SCG for funding for city benchmarking of facilities 

 

D. 2017 General Assembly Outstanding Sponsorships

  • As of November 1, 2017 – $5000 (SCG) 
  • Per SCG staff, they neglected to apply properly for the reimbursement for ½ of the payment, so we should be receiving $2500 any day and another $2500 in December?

E. Chamber of Commerce Memberships – 12:10 pm

  • ACTION:  Recommend Board approval of specified memberships for the coming year in an amount of $2,005 to be paid from grant funds

 

F. Dominguez Channel Watershed Management Group MOA Fee Structure – 12:15 pm

  • Memo attached
  • ACTION:  Recommend Board approval of the proposed fee structure which would be a flat fee of $50,000 a year divided equally between two MOAs to be executed starting in July 2018 and that the individual participant fee paid to the SBCCOG will be increased to 10%.
