Livable Communities Working Group Meeting

The South Bay Cities Council of Governments Livable Communities Working Group is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

This second meeting of 2014 will cover: funding opportunities, the SCAG process of data validation for the RTP / SCS update, and a SBCCOG funding application that has been submitted. Should be fun! Presentations include:
Diana Gonzalez Gonzalez, Transportation Planner at Metro on that agency’s Transit Oriented Developement (TOD) Planning Grant Program. (provides funds to local governments to encourage development and adoptionof land use regs supportive of TOD.
Rosemary will review the one-on-one meetings with SCAG in February and status
Wally will present on his time in February in Hong Kong with keen observations for planners.
