The Livable Communities Working Group’s first meeting of the new year will address the topic that is dominating municipal concerns – redevelopment — what happened, what are the implications, and what options do cities have? This presentation, given by Larry Kosmont, should be of interest even if your city does not have a redevelopment agency, since the changes will affect the development environment throughout the South Bay.
