INFORMATIONAL ITEM TO BE PRESENTED UNDER ITEM VIII-C OF THE AGENDA: Draft Bench Technical Consultant RFP Scope of Work

In February 2013 the Measure R Oversight Committee reviewed options for procurement of technical consultant resources after the conclusion of the current contracts beginning July 1, 2013. Under the Bench Contract approach, the SBCCOG will issue a Request for Proposals to procure a qualified list of consultants that would each be awarded direct as-needed contracts. Work will be awarded on a task order basis. The needed technical and program assistance areas are described in the draft Scope of Work (INFORMATIONAL ITEM attached separately from Board packet.) The RFP will be released on May 24, 2013.

Additionally, the SBCCOG Board minutes from April 25 state that a memo that was presented to the Metro Board of Directors on April 25, 2013, regarding the Measure R Acceleration Proposal, is going to be on-file for reference. It is the third attachment below.
