24th Annual General Assembly
March 28 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
This year’s keynote speaker for the South Bay Cities Council of Governments’ (SBCCOG) 24th Annual General Assembly was Congressman Ted Lieu, who shared his perspectives on artificial intelligence with attendees.
The General Assembly is an annual opportunity for the region’s thought leaders to gather, share ideas and discuss important issues. The theme for the SBCCOG’s 24th General Assembly was “Artificial Intelligence: Friend or Foe for the South Bay?” The conference featured speakers on various aspects of artificial intelligence (AI)/generative AI, the types of applications that could benefit cities, and potential red flags.
The community, as well as city. county, state, and federal elected officials and staff representing the South Bay came out in large numbers to interact with exhibitors and hear from our speakers.
This free event is made possible by the SBCCOG’s generous sponsors.
