Under direction of the executive director, the senior program manager is an executive level position with experience in both transportation and land use planning (especially with local government). The person in this role will be responsible for managing SBCCOG transportation and regional planning projects and directing assigned personnel. The SBCCOG’s projects support member cities’ implementation of transportation and land use projects and programs, as well as develop policy to enhance and advance their goals. SBCCOG programs support city efforts, but are subregional in nature and require coordination with city staff, elected officials and agencies.
