CLOSED December 23, 2011:  The South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) is seeking Energy Engineering Technical & Professional Services in support of the South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) programs.  Attached is the Request For Proposal (RFP) along with the SBCCOG’s standard contract language.  The RFP will also be posted on the SBESC web site at www.sbesc.comSubmitted questions and their answers will be updated and posted below by close of business on the following days: December 9, 16, and 19.
