- Amendment to Contract for Legal Services with Jenkins & Hogin – attached
- This amendment will allow our legal counsel to be reimbursed on those projects that pay legal expenses such as the Dominguez Channel JPA Administration project.
- Contract with Marlon Boarnet – attached
- This contract is for the Strategic Growth Council grant work in which we included funding for outreach to experts for their advice. This contract is 100% funded from the grant.

- SBCCOG is being asked to partner to promote this event. We would receive (2) complimentary tickets, be recognized as a partnering organization on all CSUDH South Bay Economic Forecast digital and printed materials, and our Chamber members / Business Associates would be offered a discounted rate of $60 on individual tickets (regular price is $95).
- In exchange, we would promote this event via website & social media posting, calendar listing, eblasts, newsletter, etc.

VII. STRATEGIC POSITIONING ITEMS/ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATES
O. Sustainability updates – 1:25 pm
- Electric Vehicle Charging Station Siting and Installation (CEC grant)
- This program focuses on identifying and eliminating the barriers to electric vehicle charging at multi residential dwellings (MUD). Two meetings were held with the UCLA Luskin Center Team towards the development of a MUD typology. SBCCOG staff assisted with the typology research efforts by analyzing data collected from an earlier SBCCOG Plug-in Readiness study.
- In advance of the outreach and data collection task, a preliminary list of South Bay Property Management Companies was developed and a final draft of the SBCCOG EV installer RFI was completed.
