Note: One table and two chairs are reserved unless there is a different advance request. Tables are 6ft. Exhibit spaces are indoors and measure approximately 6’ x 5’. We will assume two people will staff the table unless otherwise stated.

Included with the program distributed at the event will be an Exhibit Directory. This will include information on all of our sponsors and exhibitors. Please provide the name of your company/organization as you would like it to appear, as well as a brief description of the products/services you offer and/or are showcasing (approximately 200 words). Please also include a contact name, phone number, email, or website for attendees looking for more information. Note: Sponsors and Benefactors who are not exhibiting will also be listed, so these fields are required for all.
