As you might recall, the July 8, 2013 Measure R Committee meeting has been cancelled. However, attached are updated versions of the Measure R Project Progress Report and the Measure R Project Risk Report.

During July, we will be evaluating the 38 proposals received in response to our SBHP Bench RFP, reviewing the preliminary Metro staff recommendations of the Metro Call for Projects, and beginning to compile the annual Metro budget request of SBHP projects.

Future note:

The SBCCOG encourages the participation of ELECTED OFFICIALS at these meetings, which require a total of FOUR elected officials for a quorum. Most of the SBCCOG’s member cities have multiple Measure R projects underway, and we would love to see more elected officials become familiar with the South Bay Highway/Measure R Program to support their Public Works Departments’ efforts.
