Turtle Talk is the SBCCOG’s newly launched monthly e-newsletter that provides the latest updates on the South Bay Local Travel Network (LTN), a route of existing low-speed streets that will facilitate safe, local travel via low-speed, zero-emission vehicles. Such vehicles include neighborhood electric vehicles, e-bikes, pedal bikes, e-scooters and other devices. The LTN recently launched in El Segundo.
